High Contrast, Bright, Anti Glare Paper
LexJet’s next-generation Sunset Photo eSatin Paper 300g is a premium-quality, resin-coated inkjet photo paper that professional photographers rave about. They like it because the prints they deliver to their customers feel noticeably thicker, heavier, and more durable than mass-market inkjet photo papers; the latest generation is even thicker than before at 11.5 mil. The slightly textured, satin (or luster) surface is like the E-surface papers that were popular in darkroom printing. The print surface doesn’t show fingerprints or reflect glare like glossy papers. This paper’s excellent ink retention properties produce an exceptionally large color gamut for bright, realistically saturated colors and accurate skin tones. We’ve found this paper an excellent match for astrophotography printing.
Professtional Custom Framing
We use local custom framers with years of experience and provide a quality of work and care not available in high productiion operations. We offer a limited number of metal frames as options that we found work best for most astrophotography but also have the option of picking a custom frame from hundreds of options. We offer two types of acrylic glass options, standars and museum acyrlic. Acrylic is ultra light, as optically as glass, shatter-resistant, scratch-resistant, and won’t attract dust. Museum Acrylic has a higher degree of optical clearity, strong anti glare properities, practically invisible, and UV-protective to prevent fading. The difference can be stunning especially for darker images where glare might be an issue:
